Terms of Service
Business Use
LocalEdge Pro is a B2B SaaS for agencies. Users must be authorized to submit and manage business listings for their clients.
Submission Accuracy
Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted business information and may not submit fake, spam, misleading, unauthorized, or keyword-stuffed listings.
Third-Party Platforms
Third-party platforms control approval, verification, ranking, publication, suspension, rejection, and timing. LocalEdge Pro does not guarantee rankings or approval on every platform.
Credits and Billing
Credits are consumed when a client campaign is submitted. Consumed credits are not automatically refunded because of third-party rejection, verification failure, inaccurate data, or agency or client delay. Included credits do not roll over.
Uploaded Materials
Uploaded documents and media may be used to provide listing submission, optimization, verification support, and management workflows across relevant platforms.
Acceptable Use and Termination
LocalEdge Pro may restrict or terminate access for misuse, billing failure, unauthorized submissions, or activity that violates acceptable use requirements.
